Driver Feedback for New MTP Rosters: PKE – SUN Services

Please provide your feedback to the RTBU Locomotive Division below.

For Daily Rosters, are you satisfied with the amount of time rosters must notify a driver for a shift change?
Do you feel adequately supported in managing fatigue caused by your roster?
In your opinion, does the FAID score (a measure of work-related fatigue exposure) used in rostering truly represent the realities of a train driver's workload?
Are you more likely to eat unhealthy or fast meals because of the limited time given for breaks?
Have you had to delay or skip personal needs like using the toilet or refilling water to keep your train on schedule?
Do you feel pressure to avoid personal breaks (e.g. toilet, water) out of fear of being disciplined for train delays?
When thinking about the current rostering system, which aspect(s) do you find most challenging or least favourable?
Have you felt that pressure to keep trains on schedule could impact your professional judgment or conduct?
