The RTBU exists to support members in every part of life. 

Beyond workplace representation, we help you navigate home, family and financial decisions by connecting you with trusted providers who understand union values. This includes access to superannuation funds and retirement-planning specialists, RTBU Home Loans who can help explore competitive home-loan rates, and financial planners or investment providers committed to fair treatment of workers.

We encourage members to seek multiple perspectives before making financial decisions. That may mean speaking with your super fund about insurance and retirement options, consulting a licensed financial planner, or engaging a mortgage broker to review refinancing, repayment strategies or alternative investment pathways.

We’re here to help. Our role is to help you find reliable, independent support, not to recommend specific products or provide personal financial advice.
