The enterprise agreement that covers your employment, the Salmat Contact Enterprise Agreement (VIC) reached its nominal expiry date on 25 April 2019.
Since then, your employer has not agreed to bargain for a new enterprise agreement to replace the expired agreement.
We have set up this secure petition below to determine if a majority of employees who work from level 4 of 485 La Trobe Street want to bargain for a new enterprise agreement that would cover employees on level 4.
It is important all employees cast their vote so we can prove that a majority want to bargain for a new enterprise agreement to cover PTV & MTIA workers.
