Delegate Privacy Undertaking

I, the Elected Delegate named below, and in relation to the personal details of RTBU members I represent to be provided to me by the RTBU, UNDERTAKE:

1. That I will not, under any circumstances, use that information for any purpose other than official union business in accordance with the rules of the RTBU; and

2. That I will, once the union business for which the information was necessary has been finalised, destroy all copies or records of that information in my possession.
